I have been involved in event management and training of staff for Sun International in the past but I must commend the standard of service delivery at The PALAZZO. I was suitably impressed with the attention to detail displayed by the banqueting and beverage staff .

The banqueting supervisor, Abraham arranged access to the casino at my request for the closest ATM and even accompanied me to ensure that I was able to re-enter via the access controlled gate at the side -entrance of the hotel. He enquired as to my name and addressed me accordingly in this personal manner for the rest of the evening during the serving of refreshments after the presentation.

I would like to commend the management of The PALAZZO hotel and their staff on being one of the few venues in Johannesburg who have demonstrated a thorough grasp of the concept of service excellence.
