Last night was only my second visit to The Palazzo at Monte Casino. Both occasions… Very Impressive. The atmosphere, food and service were definitely superior to other hotels of your stature. During my international travels, I have frequented several top quality establishments, some for overnight stays, others such as last night for meetings and seminars.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail by your serving staff in the lounge that our INNER Circle Group occupied. They were not just polite and efficient, but very friendly and helpful as well. They definitely know “A smile goes a long way”.

Regardless of my disastrous introduction for my company speech... I always enjoy coming to the 'Palazzo' and being with such dynamic people.
I love the upmarket feeling of this hotel and the catering and presentation is superb!
The selection of wines is always well thought out and very much to everyone's taste. Although, I prefer, Black Label Whisky and soda.

Last night was my first experience of INNER Circle, and it was such a fantastic experience.
It was not however, My first experience of the Palazzo Hotel, as I have stayed in your beautiful establishment on many an occasion. It's nice to know that some things never change. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the hospitality shown by
the Palazzo Hotel. I have not stopped talking about it all day. From the service I received from the waiter in the meeting room, to the exquisite display of food and drinks after the meeting. The level of professionalism shown by the staff, and the unbelievable calibre of food, presentation (Those prawns - Oh my Gosh), and service was honestly second-to-none. To Debra- I have never seen such a beautiful spread- you must know, that you are fantastic at your job.
I thank you all for your Hospitality, and I look forward to the next Palazzo Meeting.
